I'm 42 to and live in Folkestone with my French wife, Genevieve, my two daughters Gabrielle (12) and Sophie (9) and our Chocolate Labrador, Carna. I run my own small management consultancy and have had some success as a rock guitarist playing with members of AC/DC and Iron Maiden to name but two of the biggest rock bands in the world! I was always crap at sport so thought I might as well do an Ironman! IMUK 2014 will be my first attempt. I enjoy swimming, especially open water, love cycling and ride with Folkestone Velo Club, and absolutely hate running.
